GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY The content on this website, including descriptions of the workers' compensation system, the review process, deadlines, and references to the Workers Compensation Act, is provided for general information only. It is not advice about your specific situation and should not be relied on as such. Every claim is different. Laws, policies, and procedures may change, and information on this website may not reflect the most current version. Always confirm the requirements that apply to your claim, including deadlines, directly with WorkSafeBC or by consulting with me or another qualified advisor. 3. NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP THROUGH THIS WEBSITE Using this website, submitting the contact form, or sending me an email does not create a client relationship between us. A client relationship begins only once we have both agreed in writing to the scope of services and fees. Until that agreement is in place, please do not send documents, medical records, or detailed confidential information. I may be unable to assist you, for example because of a conflict of interest, and information sent before an engagement may not be treated as confidential client information. 4. DEADLINES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Contacting me, submitting the contact form, or booking a consultation does not pause or extend any deadline, including the time limit to request a review of a WorkSafeBC decision. You remain responsible for meeting all deadlines that apply to your claim unless and until I have agreed in writing to take on a specific task related to them. If your deadline is close, please say so when you contact me. 5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES I do not guarantee the outcome of any claim, review, or appeal. Decisions are made by WorkSafeBC, the Review Division, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, not by me.
